All Ages

Celebrate the female icons of rock and beyond with a special collaborative performance from an all-star female and non-binary ensemble featuring classics from Patti Smith, Evanescence, Avril Lavigne, No Doubt, Pat Benatar, Blondie, Tina Turner, Kate Bush, Paramore, Fleetwood Mac, Alanis Morissette, Carly Simon, and The Cranberries, just to name a few! Women of Rock is a tribute to the female rockers who came before us, fighting for equality as women and artists in a male dominated industry. We sing their songs to honor where we came from and inspire the next generation.

This highly anticipated show features a supergroup lineup of West Michigan based female artists from all genres, including Jennifer Barlett of Lokella, Grace Theisen, Erin Zindle of The Ragbirds, Hannah Rose Graves, Kait Rose, Dani Darling, Carolyn Striho (Patti Smith), Cailtin Cusack, Rachel White of Lighting Matches, Fay Burns, Shelby Leigh of Nathan Walton & The Remedy, Melissa Dylan, Suong Nhu Pham, Miranda McCallister of Deep Enough, Empress Eyes, Meg Hainer, Rosie Cusack, Hals Smedstad, and Elle Lively. This Michigan based group of professional and aspiring female/Non-binary musicians come from different cities, backgrounds, genres, and span all ages. They’re coming together to empower each other through collaboration and community.

This group of unrivaled female talent will perform new and classic arrangements of your GIRL POWER playlist with modern classics, oldies, and guilty pleasures. With a set list designed to give you the feels, this night is sure to create a new memory. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to be part of one of the most unforgettable nights of the year!

A portion of ticket sales from the Women of Rock Tribute Show on 6/22/23 will go towards the nonprofit Girls Rock! Grand Rapids to support summer programs for young women to learn how to play an instrument and find their voice. Learn more at www.gaah.org.
